Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

Once a law office receives a certified letter stating validation of debt. I know they have 30 days to provide what I requested. My question is how are the days counted. \ncalender or working days?

Calendar - starting with the first business day after receipt. If the due date falls on a weekend or holiday, the due date is the next Monday or business day, respectively.
