You have 20 days from when you were served to file an Answer in accordance to the Florida Rules of Civil Procedure. If you fail to file the Answer, the credit card company will likely file for a Default Judgment. A Default Judgment is a judgment against you for the monies they claim you owe. I strongly encourage you to consult a litigation attorney immediately.
