What should i do if i recieved a letter in the mail saying you are being sued by a credit card company? I have to responde to the court and the credit card company with in 20 days that is fast approcing and I have no idea what i have to send back to them. Please help in any way you can thanks so much

You have to submit an Answer, admitting or denying or claiming you have no knowledge of what they have alleged.
