Is it legal for your employer to force you to use a specific Bank

There is no law against it, to my knowledge. Does the employer have a legitimate reason for asking you to use a particular bank? Such as, the bank is the company you work for? Or, for direct deposit of your paycheck? There is not enough information here to assess the situation.
