I have a legal judgement against me from an old case I read that title 15 homestead& exemptions fla statute 222.11 exemtion of wages from garnishment exempts me they have already frozen my acct

You if live in Florida and you are the head of household, your wages can not be garnished, according to Florida Statutes �222.11. It is called head of family exemption. What is more, the amount of wages protected is unlimited. As long as you spend more than 50% supporting your dependants, your wages are exempt from any and all garnishment.
You will need to file an exemption affidavit with the court and with the creditor.
