Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

Am I legally responsible for a dentist bill in which I had insurance coverage at time of service but the dentist NEVER BILLED insurance company for their portion of the bill? I paid my responsibility for the visit at the time of service.

If you gave him ins.information and he was told to bill insurance and negligently failed to, I do not think you are responsible.
