Is there Lien on my home???

Creditor exercised summary judgement on me for non-collateralized loan. I have since declared bankruptcy. Creditor was listed. Is there a lien on my home or other property (automobile)??? Is there any reason to have this judgement released????

First you need to check the public records to see if the judgement was re-recorded as a lien. You can do this by hiring an attorney around $125-$175.00 dollars, hiring a title company around $125 - to $275.00. thanks

You should request the judgment be void. In any event the judgment is not a lien against your homestead. Have your bkc atty obtain the necessary relief for you.
