Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida
Lien for money owed
Can I put a lien on someones property if I loaned them money without going to court first? (10k) Also, how can I find out if her property is in forclosure?

You need to file suit, get a judgment and then you can create a lien on the porperty.
