Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida
If a lien is placed on title by the hoa. Contact is made to arrange a payment plan, an monthly amount for payment is provided but the attorney indicates they now are awaiting a response from the association but I never hear back from the attorney and a follow up call an email was made by me with no response and its been over 60days can the lien be removed like with something on your credit?

If you have agreed to make payment arrangements then you should have a Stipulation for Payment provided by the attorney for you to sign and have recorded.
