Liens & Judgements

I own over $100,000 in medical bills, It is in collection now, I am paying them all $10.00 a month can they put a lien on my house? I need your help.

See previous reply. By exempt it means that your homestead cannot be properly liened for this obligation.

Until they obtain a judgment they cannot file any liens. If your home qualifies as your homestead it is exempt. Good luck.
