Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida
I had a litter of English Bulldog puppies last year in October. Each family that bought a puppy from me had to sign a contract. The puppies cost $2000 each. I made an agreement with one of the families that they could make payments to us. They put down $200 and have since given us $650.00, I never gave them a deadline as to when they needed to have the ballance paid off. I have e-mailed them numorous times to set up payment arrangements and they always have an excuse and they also have told me they've mailed a payment in which I haven't recieved. What can I do and all long do I have to collect the money owed.
