Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida
I live in Florida and failed to go to court on a small claims matter. (Not a traffic violation or criminal matter). Can a bench warrant be issued for failure to appear or contempt of court? Can my drivers license be revoked for not going to court? Can the other party freeze my bank account or do anything if I don't respond? (A letter was sent to me in the mail telling me that a judgement was found against me since I didn't go to court to respond)

If it is a civil case, no, unless you were a witness and the attorney wishes the court to issue a contempt order. Your license is safe. You say a judgment was issued against you. The, depending on your status, they could garnish your bank account.
