Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida
I live in Florida, and my home was foreclosed on by BoA. It was finalized in 2014, and has completely called off my credit report. If I have a checking account now with BoA can they take any of the money from my account or has their time limit expired?

The bank has to obtain not only a judgement of foreclosure, but a judgment for the deficiency. This has nothing to do with your credit report. Nothing.

move your account to a different bank. They will and can take the money from your account.
