Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

I live in Florida and under Florida law if your homesteaded a credit card debtor cannot attach a lien to your home. I recieved a sommons to appear in court or answer in a written letter about a credit card I owe and am unable to pay. I'm trying to save my home from foreclosure and have no money left of a month for even food. My question is can they attach my wages? If they do I will surely lose my home!

If they have a JUDGMENT then a portion of your wages are subject to garnishment in most instances.
