Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida
I live in Florida and live in my primary residence and took out a $2000 loan for an alarm for my home, but now i can not make payments anymore could I get a lien on my property for nonpayment?

Assuming that your primary residence in Florida qualifies as your homestead under Florida's homestead laws, generally liens other than those for taxes, mechanics liens and mortgages can not attach to one's homestead.

Think again. Yes they can put a lien on your property since it was for the "improvement" of the property.
