Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

I live in florida like many others i am out of work unable to pay credit cards i have been getting harrasing phone calls .costantly now i have a voice message from one calling me a bitch what can i do about? this i need help.

Tell them they are being recorded and actually record the calls. Find an attorney who does "debt collection practices act" cases and speak to that attorney. You may be able to sue.
