I live in Hillsborough County Florida. I just recieved a Motion for summarry final judgement of foreclosure. What is the timeline from here?

Although there is no precise timeline, the general procedure is clear. You should receive a Notice of Hearing on the Motion with a specific date. At the hearing, the court will decide whether the motion should be granted. If granted, which most are, the court will set a date

for possession of the property by the plaintiff and you and any possessions must be removed from the premises. Depending on the schedule of the court and whether the motion is contested, the motion could be heard in 20-45 days, and the foreclosure order and eviction order in 10-15 days following the hearing.
