Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

I live in PA but lent a person in florida money in november 09. The person signed a promissory to pay back but now refuses. I have no money to hire an attorney so I'd like to take to small claims. When I win the case which I have no doubt I would, is it possible to get 'ANY' wages he earns garnished since he owns no personal property and will probably not pay even with a court judgement?
