Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

I live in the state of FL. I am being sued by a law firm on behalf of Capital One. I attended the pretrial conference and asked for mediation. During the mediation, I did not sign any paperwork, but agreed to make payments of a certain amount. I made the mistake of assuming that they would send me something in the mail for me to sign at a later date which listed the terms of the mediation. They never did. I sent a certified letter asking for this. Their response was that I missed my payments and they sent me a stipulation for settlement at a higher payment rate than I had originally agreed to. I am currently in the process of trying to save my home and already had a successful mediation on another credit card. Not sure what to do at this point.
