Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

I loaned a friend money without a contract. Can I have somebody, now, be a witness to a call to him, via three way calling, witnessing my friend agreeing he owes me the money and the time limit he stated?

oral contracts are legal in the state of florida. I suggest you tell your friend to pay up or take him to small claims.
