Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

i am in a lock down facility, called a lifestream center for hope and recovery. All my income goes towards this facility. I own a mobile home and cannot afford the lot rent?

Can I be evicted? they tell I might be getting out in december. any help you might offer wqould be greatly appreciated.

You should give someone you trust power of attorney to handle your affairs while you are locked-up. The same rules apply whether you are locked-up or not--either you have to pay for lot rent, or they can evict you off the lot. If evicted off the lot, you will need to have someone remove your trailer from the lot and handle it as you wish (e.g. park it somewhere else or sell it).
