Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

if i lose a debtors lawsuit for an unpaid credit card, can they legally enter my fathers home to remove belongings without knowing what's his or mine ?

Is this in federal court. If so, possibly. If this is in state court, maybe not. Would have to review your pleadings
