Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

I made a loan to my brother a few years ago and recently asked him to pay me back - instead of paying me back, he is sending me a check each month for $100 - at that rate, it will take 68 years to pay me back - what recourse do I have?

At this point, it sounds like your only recourse other than accepting those payments is probably to file a lawsuit against him. You determine which court has jurisdiction (in other words- whether you could file it yourself in small claims court or with the help of an attorney if in county or civil court) by the amount of your claim.

Take him to small claims court under the terms of breaching the agreement that you two had.
