Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida
Since March 2011 I am in process of negotiating my credit cards debts with the creditors. Meanwhile my credit record dropped from 780 to 585. If the settlement is reached and agreed debts are paid in full, how long it takes for my credit record to improve? Approximately how many points of improvement I can expect after 6 to 12 months from the day that agreed debts are paid?

As part of your negotiations please have them reinstate with the credit bureau by removing past due debt. They can do this and get it in WRITING!!!!
