Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

Ok im in the military and im located in greece my girlfriend and i got an apartment and were both on the lease she signed it but i didnt what would happen if decides to leave would that effect me in any kind of way?

It depends. Were you stationed after you were added to the lease. If so, there is a military clause that would allow you to break the lease.
