Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

Money lended and not received back

I lended some money to a person and he doesn't want to pay me back. I made a verbal contract only, the only prove i have is a conversation that a record in my answer machine.

I would like to know what can i do.

You may sue the individual.
