money owed
l need to know if l can get statement on a bank account of my ex girl friend ,
where l transfered money
as l now want to take her to a small claims court
as she has not returned it .
l need to be able to prove amounts depoisted/ and withdrawn
can you tell me how l go about this please

To prove the transfer of funds, use your own bank statement for the transfer or a copy of the check or money order you used. If you gave her cash, you can subpoena her account records only after you have filed a case with the Court.
