Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

I have a second mortgage on my house that is behind $2700.00. The first mortgage is current. They are talking about foreclosure on my house. Can they do this? What rights do I have to stop this.

Yes, the lender can file a foreclosure action. You need to contact them and see if you can refinance this loan to an amount you can afford to pay. With the economy now, you should not have a problem.
