Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

My mother owes 6100 on a credit card and unable to pay she has credit protection on the card. We contacted the protection co. and they paid for all most a year and now the card co. started sending a bill again. We had a doctor fill out a paper we were sent by the protection co. saying she will never be able to work again,.my mother is 70 and has Alzhiemers { don't think I spelled this correctly} We live in Florida and she owns a old mobile home and part owner of the land it sets on with me { I paid for the land and put her name on it with mine} what can we do ?

Your homestead is protected under Florida Statute - creditor's may not touch that property. As far as the card goes - if she had Alzheimer when she was given the card it's possible that the debt can be voided. do you have guardianship over her.
