Motion to dismiss complaint by creditor

In the state of Florida do I have to file a memo of law with my motion to dismiss the complaint by creditor. Creditor did not attach documents that established ownership of the debt

Re: Motion to dismiss complaint by creditor

No, but the motion needs to be detailed enough so that the judge knows the reasons for your motion, so adding some law to the motion is not unwise.
