motor home repo

the motor home is the banks collateral can they take any thing else from me if i let it go back? i own a piece of land .i do not have any income and very little savings left

If the land is not exempt under Florida's homestaed exemption, the creditor may be able to force a sale of it to satisfy any deficiency. Although it's possible a creditor can take your possessions to satisfy a judgment, they usually do not do so for a lot of reasons too numerous to mention.
