Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

if i have my motorhome repo in florida is the money in my 401 at risk.

what can they go after...the only income is ss..

See my website re repos and garnishment. They cannot touch your 401K. If the motorhome was repoed, you may have certain rights to get some of your money back.
