Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida
i moved from VA to FL over a year ago. The car i drove here I couldnt afford payments on. We have tried to get it repoed by the car lot for over a year. repo guys have even called them saying they will repo it for them. they say no. I have had this car in my garage for over a year, I need to know what to do.

Take it to the dealership in your area and leave it with them. However, you are still liable for the payment. I have you tried to sell the car?
I would send the dealer a certified letter stating that you have the vehicle, where it is, and that they can come and pick it up. Until the car is repossessed, you can drive it. However, bear in mind that you are responsible for the debt. This might be a good time to see if we can work out a great deal on the vehicle. You may think about refinancing it also.
