Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

Negligent Use of My Personal Identifying Information for Credit

Someone used my personal information to purchase two vehicles one new and one used from the same dealer within 16-days. Can prove negligence from the papers received per FTC request. The dealership closed their eyes to the fraud and actually allowed the person to go much further by obtaining credit cards and using my credit. When I requested the documents per thee FTC, the dealership first provided only two documents, one of which was altered. Only after further demand did they provide all of the documents and applications in an unaltered form.

Then the finance company threatened me with having the fraudulent charges restored to my credit report if I refused to sign and mutual agreement (which I refused to sign anyway).

Is there an attorney willing to assist me? Most of the research is done already.
