Non-US Company harrassing me

A company in India is contacting me at odd hours (6 AM to 10 PM) and will not stop calling me even though I have asked them to stop. Is there anything I can do? I had an account with a computer retailer and this is their 3rd party collector. Are they bound by FDCPA regulations?

Yes, all third party debt collectors are bound by the FDCPA -- the exception is if this company in India is the inside collection department for the credit card company.
