Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

in nov of 2011, my car was impounded and then sold a month later for a lower value than its market value. it sold for 3500.00 and value was 7800.00 and the impound fee was about 1100.00 dollars. i couldn't get the car out of impound cause i was in jail. the car was impounded when i was arrested.i lost all my possesions too, which were in the car, approx value of lost personal possesions are 500.00 cash and 5000.00 in items.can i sue the towing company for my losses? they certainly made a profit and i'm homeless and carless at this time due to sale of my car.

You should have hired an attorney then. But it would have cost a lot of money. You may be out of luck now. Consult with an attorney to see if you can do anything at all.
