nsf checks

I wrote checks in a casino in Pa. some

did not clear. Global cash guaranteed

them and then sent the checks to Audit systems in florida where I live.

with out a letter or anything they called me a few days ago and said they would turn them over to melbourne Fl. D.a. for prosecution.

Can they do this even tho checks were witten in Pa.

I urge you seek the assistance of competent counsel. The efforts to enforce collection of gambling debts in Fl. is not permitted. The actions of Global are violations of the FDCPA.
