Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida
Out-of-state debt collection
A judgement was entered in El Dorado County, California court jurisdiction for a personal matter in favor of an individual with no residency or intrest of any kind in Florida. This does not relate to any family law matter.
I have since moved to Florida and have no assets in California. Is that judgement enforcible in Florida?

Once the judgment is domesticated in Florida, it is.
