How to pay back a credit card I'am behind they referred my case to thier attorn

I got a suponea from the court on Sat for Citibank Visa to pay back the full amount I owe I have 20 days to respond I can only make $100 in payment a month not the full amount they want all at once $8,800

You must answer the action within 20 days, irregardless if you call Citibank or its attorneys. You must file a "response" - in this case, you must file an Answer. It can be as simple as sending a letter to the court denying the allegations. However, you may be able to work out a deal with them during the litigation with Citibank's counsel. FILE THE ANSWER!
