Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

If I don't pay my credit cards, can I loose my house?

First thanks for taking my question. I just got divorced 6 months ago and i'm doing very bad financially. I paid all the attorneys fees with credit cards, my child support is very high considering the fact that my attorney didn't include rent in my financial affidavit. I can't pay my credit cards and collections keep calling me. Here is my question, 3 years ago my parents bought a house, they include me in the mortgage so they could qualify. They are the ones paying for the house. If i decide not to pay my credit cards/1 unsecure loan, can collections come after my parents house? can we loose the house? Please advise thanks.

If your name is not on the deed your parents needn't worry.
