Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

If I take a payday loan and get the money on my bank account, what can the lender do if I afterward close my bank account? I live in the state of Florida, and the loan is approx $800.

If you do this intentionally to defraud the payday company, you have committed a crime.
