Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

i got a payday loan online i never completed the application for it then they deposited $300 in my account on 04/04/2012 the following week they withdrew $90 on 04/13/2012 and now that the payment was missed for 04/20/2012 they called me and threatened my with a criminal case if i dont pay $986.21 by may 11.2012 they said something about theft by deception
