Paying off boyfriends credit cards

Boyfriend died. he owes 8,000 to home depot plus credit cards. i'm not on either. he had a revocable living trust. so i inherited everything.. unfortunatey there are mortgages etc amounting to 7,000 a month and only 60,000 cash in the bank. since i'm the benificisary, is it my responsibility???????? do i need a real estate lawyer and a trust lawyer
