Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

payments

my question is this i got a credit card in my name my husband did not sign or even know I had it. we own our home in my name and my husband's. the law office (colection)agreed to let me pay 100.00 a month from my social security check.now after 8 months they want me to pay the whole amount .I told him i did not have it. they said what about the home what can they do ???
