if you get a payroll advance on line and can't pay it back, and the company will notwork out a payment plan, whatcan they do?

File a suit against you for collection of the unpaid monies together with court costs and possibly attorney's fees. If they are successful, the judgment will become a lien against your assets and a negative mark on your credit history.
