Just a signature. In fact, the law is so loose on the subject that you can accidentally personally guarantee a contract. For instance, if a person signs a contract and just signs "John Smith" as opposed to saying, "John Smith as President of ABC, Inc.," Florida law says the person has personally guaranteed the debt, even though the contract contains no language regarding a personal guarantee.
