Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

What does plaintiff do with fact information sheet? I'm owed $1,065 from a thief handyman. He & mother who signed check for "cash" have lost the case and must pay. They put NO INFORMATION in the sheet & back to court this month.

You can move for contempt if they failed to furnish any information or, if the important information was missing, you can take their deposition. Hire a lawyer to do that.
