Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

I am planning on getting married. My future wife used to be married to me. We got divorced, no children involved, she got married again, got divorced and has been living with me for five years. Befor I re-marry I would like to know if I would inherit her debts?She has about $40,000.00 of credit card debt that she is about to default on. My credit rating is in the high 700's. Will my rating also be affected?
