What happens if you do not attend a pretrial conference.

It is for unpaid bill for a visa card.

You'll probably get defaulted and have a judgment issued against you. If that's what happened, and you missed by accident or with a good excuse (like an emergency), you should have a lawyer file a motion to set the default judgment aside.
