Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

hello, i am in process of a repo, i tryed to work with them in the past always made my payments.. well they gave my case to someone at wellsfargo name mr.luis, he calls me somedays atleast 15, 20 xs others alil less sometimes its like 930 when he calls but the worse part is his messages, he tells me im not special and dont deserve nothing free to stop complaining to my sister grow up and get out my fantast world he says alot of rude, imtimidating things and i refuse to answer, he is very unprofessional and sometimes wont even say his name and start talking me down. is there something i can do
